Match and eHarmony subscriptions via Gate365’s US portal

I called and following a two minute conversation, canceled my membership and received a contact informing me of my pending reimbursement of $584.27.

Like others, I only received a pending notice from BA of 30,000 Avios.

I went for both the Match plus the eharmony deal. The match points are arriving as pending, but my eharmony points haven’t yet.

To make matters more serious, I just got an email from eharmony stating that my account happens to be canceled based on “an evaluation of account information and task” and that no reimbursement will likely be given.

I wasn’t planning on utilising the account (i am hitched), but I’m angry at the possibility of this thing (cancelling an account after 1 with no reimbursement whatsoever – and never to be able to let me know why they canceled it. day)

This all begs the relevan concern – shouldn’t we get my eharmony avios, even though my account is shut? (no refund offered) exactly What must I do?
